Rules Governing
Classified Ads On the Fort Davis Chamber of Commerce
Site.
The Fort Davis
Chamber of Commerce, reserves the right to use it's
discretion to refuse any ad that it feels is
offensive.
Classified Ads will
only be accepted from members of The Fort Davis
Chamber of Commerce, residence of Jeff Davis County
or for properties in Jeff Davis County.
Lawful Use:
Obtaining classified ad space constitutes an
agreement by the Customer or Client ("User") that
these services will only be used for legal and
lawful purposes, in accordance to the laws of Jeff
Davis and Brewster Counties, the State of Texas and
the United States of America. It is the
responsibility of the Fort Davis Chamber of Commerce
to report any unlawful activities of its users that
it becomes aware of to the proper authorities
The Fort Davis
Chamber of Commerce is not liable for any real or
perceived "loss of income" as a result of any
technical malfunctions, typographical errors, user
or system maintenance or administration, network
outages, network connectivity or any other factor.
Refunds are not
given for system downtime, whether such downtime is
a result of any issue either internal or external to
the Fort Davis Chamber of Commerce system, including
but not limited to connectivity problems
(telecommunications systems), equipment failure,
maintenance or any other factor. Extended periods of
downtime (more than 24 hours, when the problem is
directly attributable to the Fort Davis Chamber of
Commerce web site itself and not some external
cause) may be credited to customers, but the
decision to grant credit or not is solely at the
discretion of the Fort Davis Chamber of Commerce
management, and such credit is in the amount of the
actual cost of service not delivered. |
